How to Downgrade iOS 4.1 to 4.0 With Fuzzyband Downgrader
Downgrade iOS 4.1 to 4.0 – We have covered how to upgrade to iOS 4.1
preserving old baseband 01.59.00. So now there is other iOS trick to allow you
downgrade from iOS 4.1 Baseband 05.14.02 to iOS 4.0 using Fuzzybrand 4.1
Downgrader. Note: This trick works if you have iPhone 3G with old 5.8 (05.08)
bootloader. So if you are accidentally updated your iPhone 3G running iOS 4.1,
then you can follow these steps to downgrade back iOS 4.1 to iOS 4.0 makes use
of FuzzyBand 4.1downgrader.

1- Launch Cydia from your springboard, and go to systems under section tab
2- Select 3G Fuzzyband Downgrader from the list of packages and click on
[install].
3- Once installation is completed, then return to Cydia and press home button
and launch Fuzzyband.
4- Press the Downgrade button to begin downgrading your baseband.
Note: If you have the 5.08 bootloader you will be able to downgrade from
baseband 05.12.01. A message will be displayed if your bootloader is not
supported.
5- Once the downgrade has completed, a message saying “I Haz Downgrade!” will be
displayed.
So now you are running iOS 4.0 again.
